All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store, access, or process your card or bank details directly. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@kittydoctor.co.uk.

If you subscribe to our monthly delivery service, your subscription will renew automatically on a monthly basis at the subscription price shown at the time of sign-up. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us at support@kittydoctor.co.uk. Cancellations made after billing has occurred will take effect from the following month.

All content on the Kittydoctor website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Kittydoctor and is protected by UK and international copyright law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
