2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@kittydoctor.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your refund request (optional — this helps us improve)

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

3. Returns

We do not require you to return the product to receive your refund. Due to the nature of our products (cat litter and health supplies), we do not accept physical returns. You are welcome to keep, donate, or dispose of the product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@kittydoctor.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please first check your bank account and contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kittydoctor.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.

7. Subscription Orders

If you have an active subscription, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Refunds for subscription orders are subject to the same 30-day guarantee from the date each individual shipment is delivered.
